Reservation
If you want to make a reservation, 30% of the tour cost must be wired to our bank account 30 days before the tour. A clear
copy of each passenger's passport is required to book hotels and air tickets.
Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit, we shall send
you an e-mail confirming the tour within 5 working days, together with the final itinerary of the tour. Once your reservation
has been processed, any changes pertaining to your tour must be submitted in writing to our office.
Final Payment
The balance
of your tour payment is due 7 days prior to the tour. Final payments not received by the due date will be subject to cancellation
and your deposit will be forfeited. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the tour, full payment must be paid
immediately.
All persons must have a
passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of the tour.
Itinerary
Beijing Journey endeavors to follow the itinerary precisely, however,
if it becomes necessary for the services to be changed, or for the tour to be prolonged because of circumstances beyond the
control of Beijing Journey, the passenger is held responsible for all the additional tour costs, which must be paid immediately.

Please be informed that by
utilizing the services of Beijing Journey, you agree that Beijing Journey shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss,
accidental delay incurred by you, or those traveling with you, in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other
services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of defaults of the suppliers or from any occurrence
or condition beyond the control of Beijing Journey including defects in vehicles or breakdown in equipment. Beijing
Journey shall not be liable for any injury, damage, accident, delays or changes in flights, itineraries, schedules, or other
services, strikes, weather, theft, sickness or other causes. All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations
or delays in air or surface transportation services. Beijing Journey reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to the tour
for any reason. In such cases, full amount will be refunded, but not to exceed the amount paid by passengers.
