As a convenience for our travelers, we offer personalized airport
pick-up and drop-off. We are pleased to provide you with
the following services.
You personal tour guide will meet you at the airport. He/She will
be waiting for you as you exit baggage claim. You can easily find him/her, as they will be holding a sign with your name on
it. He/She will help you with your luggage, and take you to your waiting limousine, van, or bus. On the way to your hotel,
your tour guide will provide you with an orientation of Beijing City. When you arrive at your hotel, your guide will help
you check in, provide you with your cell phone, if you have ordered one, help you exchange your money, and answer any further
questions you might have. If your are planning on touring on your day of arrival, you and your guide will start now. Otherwise,
you and your guide will finalize your tour arrangements for another day.
It is necessary for you to be at the airport at least two hours
in advance of your departing flight. Your tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel about three hours before your
flight, and, if needed, they will help you check out. If you have planned a morning tour on your day of departure, they
will pick you up at the hotel, help you check out, tour with you until approximately three hours before your flight, and then
take you to the airport. At the airport, they will help you with your luggage, find the right ticket counter, get your boarding
pass, check in your luggage, and make sure you get credited your flight miles. Before saying good-bye, they will
take you to the right entrance for your flight.
