From trinkets to treasures, whatever your heart desires can be found at Beijing's Panjiayuan Dirt Market. It is truly a treasure trove of antiques, traditional handicrafts, art work, calligraphy, pottery porcelain, jade, jewelry, books, cultural revolution memorabilia, and just plain good old "junk". There is anything and everything a person could want. Panjiayuan is not a market just for tourists. Local Beijingers also come here daily to bargain with the vendors.
